IN MID-MARCH we launched a new business series that has been a little less frequent than intended, for in that time, we also launched an actual new business as well. Many who follow along on Instagram might have caught the many glimpses of where most of the work here happens, either at a desk or on a laptop. Today, we’re working with HP to discuss the “tools of the trade”, or the things that make business run more smoothly.
THEY SAY THAT THERE IS currently a ring of ice surrounding New York City or so the story goes, and friends have been complaining about the bitter cold and spending hours burrowing at home. While it has been the coldest winter here in the UK in two years...
“Lost, yesterday, somewhere between sunrise and sunset, two golden hours, each set with sixty diamond minutes. No reward is offered for they are gone forever” … describes perfectly the mood of the past days & weeks, with so many things happening, seemingly all at once. We have, happily, finally completed a few major projects and have already begun new ones and making travel plans and holiday plans.
IT HAS BEEN A WHILE since there was an update on what we have been up to lately. After months, [months!] of hard work, we are so very excited to reveal an entirely new website. A very special thank you [& so much love] goes to P., who spent hundreds of hours dreaming up and researching the concept for the site, bringing his ideas to life with our designers & developers in months of correspondence that added up to over three hundred emails.
HELLO FROM PARIS : two days ago, spontaneously booked another flight to Paris, boarding the plane early this morning; and at this very moment, writing to you from a hotel room, the windows flung open to the wrought iron of the Juliet balcony and the sounds of the street below.
THIS WEEKEND was a working one, for after the celebrations and mid-day champagne, mango soufflé and blissful decadence of early last week, it was back...
