Lia Lia's name apparently stands for "Live Impact Area Legacy Interface Adapter," an assortment of words that meld human and electronic elements together in such a way that they roll off the tongue and immediately get stuck in your head, just like her awesome debut single "OLYMP."
WE FIRST INTRODUCED Amanda Lindroth's work in 2014, a trellis and wicker-filled island home in Lyford Cay, Bahamas. Then, we featured another project of hers in January of this year, a stunning pink and wicker-filled space in Palm Beach complete with extravagant trompe-l'œil.
If you think of the English countryside, two artists come to mind who, between them, painted some of the most famous English landscape scenes ever put on canvas. It is probably no coincidence that both of them—Thomas Gainsborough and John Constable—came from the same county of Suffolk in the east of England and both were entranced by its rural beauty.
