Burch purchased the 15,000 square foot home in 2008, at the time of the financial crisis, when no one was buying much of anything. It has always been one of the largest homes in Southampton, and the fashion designer has spent the past nine or so years decorating it with interior designer and architect Daniel Romualdez.
