Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links 25.05.20
Simon Brown / House & Garden

IT’S FINALLY BEGINNING to feel like summer is on the way, and already, there are roses in bloom all around town. With all the bright sunshine comes a feeling of hope, and daydreams of road trips to see castles and visits to quaint village pubs and trips to new places we’ve never been. At this moment, there’s no idea of when all of these things will be a part of our lives again, but at least it’s warm and beautiful outside. We begin our mornings these days having coffee on the back terrace, and yesterday, spent most of the afternoon picnicking along the river, the sun on our faces, dreaming of ways to make the best of things.

This week’s links include a Spanish Style home in the Byron Bay Hinterland; smocked tops and wicker handbags; retro photos of the Transatlantic Cruise and much, much more.
