CAME ACROSS the dining room, above, on my desktop while searching for images for an upcoming article, and was immediately filled with sadness, for the room belongs to the stunning Paris apartment of the late L’Wren Scott, fashion designer and longtime girlfriend of Mick Jagger, who passed away suddenly and tragically last month. The beautiful Left Bank apartment that she shared with Mick Jagger has been published here before, but only in bits & pieces and never in its entirety, but as it is one of my very favourite spaces, thought it might be time to revisit the designer’s life in happier times . . .

Such beauty in every room. Seemed to have it all???
I’m so interested in why this lovely person was in such a dark space – such tragic and I’ve not heard much of anything as to why her life was so affected that she would take her own life. No one in her life sensed her dispair? Heartbreaking. Her home in this feature is so well appointed and very beautiful. I’ve always long to have me of her dresses! I am curious to know who maded the two bags shown in this editorial piece, do you know?
Thanks again for a gorgeous site! One of the finest ever. Xoxo
It seems so baffling to us to see a lovely woman like L’Wren surrounded by such beauty and she created beauty as well , yet she reached a dark point and took her own life. Such sadness for beauty lost and the despair she must have felt.
Oh, those Paris apartments!! They do all the work, really!!
What a lovely space! Thanks for sharing.
Such a stunning space… Thank you for sharing, though it does feel sad to look back at these images and think of the girl who lived there once. Life is such an odd thing sometimes. x
Such a beautiful and light appartement, love those soft/pastel colors.
She had great taste in Oriental rugs.
