{two lovely things : january roses}




. . . earlier in the month, just after new year‘s, were astonished to happen upon roses in the garden, as well as blossoming trees [!], and while the house is never without fresh bouquets from the florist and flower markets, it was such a beautiful surprise to find palest pink roses outside, on these overcast january days . . .
