BECAUSE WE SOMETIMES post photos of our life lately, Instagram's algorithm has thrown many such similar images across our path, which is sometimes annoying and sometimes wonderful if it leads to the discovery of accounts such as @irenemylife.
WE FIRST CAME ACROSS The French Manoir on Julie Huh-Currie's Instagram page of the same name, @french_manoir, where she documents the restoration, renovation and decoration of her château in Pays de la Loire. Victoria magazine recently ran a feature on the place, telling the story of how Currie's first thoughts of purchasing an estate in France can to her from her home in Australia, a grueling twenty-two hour flight away. She had never ever even been to France at the point, nor could she speak the language.
