There is a constant feeling in Paris that the city is living a lazy Sunday morning on repeat, where everyone stays home with their families, enjoying the sun on their balconies, going out just to buy croissants, bread and a few groceries, embracing this slow living quietly, listening to classical music with juliet balcony doors flung widely open, or reading in front of the windows.

Here we are again at the beginning a brand new year. It seems everyone have spoken with is happy to leave the past year behind, for there were those in the throes of life transitions—be it a broken heart or career uncertainty, serious illnesses or loss, worries about the future and the state of the world in general.
The holidays are here! In New York, giant snowflakes adorn Fifth Avenue, the leaves are at their golden and crimson height, windows are being dressed, and soon snow will transform Central Park into a winter wonderland.
