Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links 17.05.21
@aerin

TODAY RESTAURANTS and pubs will be opening for indoor seating for the first time since the last lockdown. Until now, it has been only outdoor seating, and the weather has definitely not been cooperating. Our favourite sandwich shop in town, where we would order for pickup, has become a casualty of the pandemic and in its place, a new chocolate shop will open. Things shift and change quickly around here, which is surprising for such a small, quiet place. Anxious for summer to finally arrive, and hopefully, with it, sunny days at last. Either that, or we’re seriously considering moving back to Spain. Málaga seems nice.

This week’s links include a beautiful home in Birmingham and espadrilles for late-spring days; pretty tweed jackets, lilacs at home and much, much more.
