. . . nearly always more drawn to crown molding and paneled and gilded walls, pools of silk and tufted velvet, floral wallpaper and warm herringbone floors than stark modernity, that is, unless the rooms have been touched by the work of swedish stylish lotta agaton, whose trailing vines in metallic pots and elegant bouquets of white roses add a luxe charm and an unmistakable air of warmth and romance . . .

Can you tell where I can purchase the chairs that are in the first photo or who the manufacturer is? Thanks!

Beautiful interior and perfectly appointed. What I like most about this home is the brown wood used the black, white, and gray. It is often thought you cannot mix brown wood with such colors but it is the perfect compliment to the neutral decor.

  • I’m amazed at each and EVERY one of your blogposts. The interiors are always stunning, love the selection!

  • I love this space… uncomplicated and fresh.

  • reason # 821 that this blog is one of the very best : even your ‘copy’ at the bottom of the photos is inspired & well written.

and I completely agree with you (I have a love for trim and wainscoting) but these spaces don’t seem stark or cold at all.

  • Beautiful and relaxing rooms. I also love crown molding and the tones used here.

  • The kitchen looks amazing! I have mixed feelings about the rolling rack in the bedroom…hmmm.

  • Such a pretty and relaxing home :-) I love the chandelier in the living room and the cabinet in the last picture.

  • Everything looks so clean, I love clean lines, sharp corners. Gorg!

  • Also more of a fan of the crown molding aesthetic etc but these are indeed beautiful. Would be a problem for me keeping it so perfectly neat!

  • My favorite color is black so i love that it’s all black & white! I love that ball chandelier with all the pictures on the wall. The chairs are really cool too!
