Alongside wonderful workstations, always find such inspiration in the artful displays of vanities, dresserscapes, and bedside tables — there’s such a personal element in the pretty framed photographs, long strands of necklaces, collection of perfume bottles, vintage leather boxes and sterling jewel catch-alls that reveal so much about a person . . .

peonies are definitely the expression of neverending beauty. and the way they ‘wear’ any container is something magic.

I adored the apartment of you first photo; I believe it was decorated by Charlotte Moss for her assistant? Anyway, I live with all guys and sometimes would really like a little pink house of my own…
I love these photos and it’s so true that a person’s vanity or nightstand can say everything about a person. What type of perfume or jewelry a person owns can say so much! I just bought a mirrored vanity tray with a gold frame from a flea market and it creates such a different look for my vanity. I love it :)
I love these photos…there’s nothing like peonies and turquoise necklaces! My favorite!!!! :)
