Anne-Laure Mais is like your fun, effortlessly chic French best friend. The fashion editor, based between Paris and London, has been running her fashion blog, Adenorah, since 2009. Born in Biarritz in the south of France (or the 'French California' as she puts it), Mais is not Parisian, so her look is far more casual. It has always been one of the largest homes in Southampton, and the fashion designer has spent the past nine or so years decorating it with interior designer and architect Daniel Romualdez. The seven acres of gardens were designed by landscape architect Perry Guillot.
WE FEATURED Carolina Irving’s (second) Manhattan apartment that she shared with her then husband, Ian, back in February 2014. Published in Lonny that same year, it created a stir with its colours and textures, ruffled chintz slipcovers and romantic bohemian vibe.
