1898 The Post is a new luxury hotel by the Zannier Group, in the Belgian city of Ghent. Housed in what used to be a grand Post Office, the hotel has its own 54-metre clock tower. The Neo-Gothic building with its with statues and escutcheons, was constructed in 1898 by the architect Louis Cloquet.

The former Ralph Lauren employee turned interior designer found the Cobble Hill townhouse, which was built in the 1800s, in good condition, but embarked on a full-scale renovation nonetheless to modernise the space. The pink tufted sofa is clearly the showpiece in the living room, bringing colour and whimsy to a black and white palette.
