1. Grind cornflakes in food processor until completely ground up
2. In a bowl, mix smooth creamy unrefrigerated peanut butter with the maple syrup
3. Add the cornflakes to the peanut butter mixture
4. Form into little bars and add place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
5. Set in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
6. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between
7. Dip bars in chocolate, then set in fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
8. The finished bars can be stored in the fridge
