The Notting Hill home of creative consultant and designer Matilda Goad, at first glance, falls neatly into the English countryside aesthetic we’ve all fallen for lately. Upon closer examination, however, the space definitely has its own modern spin: a lucite coffee table and framed art posters create an eclectic mix when intermingled with an antique glass mirror that hangs above the fireplace, a chair from the designer’s grandmother, framed botanical prints and a French rattan bed. Add the palest pink walls of the living room and the dark green tiles in the bathroom and the look becomes more bohemian eclectic with a little grandma chic and #cottagecore thrown in for good measure.
