A Festive Pomegranate Thyme Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Pomegranate Thyme Fizz
*Makes one drink.
Ingredients
1½ ounces vodka
¾ cup sparkling water
¼ cup fresh pomegranate juice
Whole pomegranate seeds
Sprigs of thyme
Directions
Chill the sparkling water and vodka.
Remove pomegranate seeds from the fruit and place into a strainer.
Place the strainer with the seeds over a glass and press the seeds with a spoon to release the juice. Use enough seeds to produce ¼ cup of juice. The rest of the seeds may be used as garnish.
Mix all of these ingredients together and garnish with a sprig of thyme and whole pomegranate seeds.
