A few years ago, stylist-turned-interior designer LEANNE FORD bought an historic schoolhouse just outside of Pittsburgh. This home would begin her career in interior design. Ford had been doing creative direction and styling in New York and Los Angeles for her entire career, and this house was to be a home base in her hometown of Pittsburgh. Ford ended up blogging about the progress of renovating her schoolhouse home when it was covered by Country Living, who shot the space. Shortly after, people began calling asking Ford to design their homes and work spaces, and the rest is history. The designer now spends her time living and working between Pittsburgh and Los Angeles (and other random cities). Here are some of our favourite examples of her work.
