Decorator Rivers Spencer wanted this room to evoke a ‘tailored, feminine and fresh’ aesthetic. She used a Mary McDonald for Schumacher fabric called ‘Chinois Palais’ featuring chinoiserie panels of birds to set the scene and added accents of blush pink and gold.
