The Italians Take Fashion Week
Fashion goes through cycles; one season the Russians are the subject of street stye photographer flashes, the next season, it’s the French fashion editors who become the new ‘chic.’ In 2016, the young Italian editors and influencers — Diletta Bonaiuti, Patricia Manfield — filled Pinterest boards and Instagram feeds. So successful was their style, that Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini opened their own fashion line Attico, inspired by retro peignoirs robes. Business savvy certainly aids in remaining relevant, especially in the digital age.
