CAME ACROSS THIS MELBOURNE PENTHOUSE quite by accident this morning, over coffee at a table by the window. While the 459 square metres space may be a little too modern for our Maximalist-Romantic sensibilities, we adore that fact that this space is the last thing one would expect from a new apartment tower, with its luxurious textures and colours. The space was decorated by Melbourne-based fashion illustrator, Megan Hess, who got her start designing the covers to Candace Bushnell’s novels and currently works with Cartier, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Chanel, Fendi, Tiffany & Co. and Dior. The 39th floor penthouse overlooking the Yarra River is currently for sale.
