{happy new year!}

Hope everyone had a spectacular time ringing in the New Year . . . I’m still dreaming of champagne and lobster bisque, but all good things must end, and 2007 will always be one of my favourite years, but we have a new beginning to look forward to–a brand new year to fill with new adventures.

I begin every year with a new day book, for although most of my life is organized on my BlackBerry, I still like pen and paper to dream and plan and make to do lists. After the agenda, the second thing I like to do is plan journeys and explorations, and I recently came across this beautiful luggage by Globe-Trotter and was reminded of all the wonderful, exciting, undiscovered things that the new year holds . . .

  • miss ookpik–can’t wait to see your new luggage!

    alkemie–isn’t the tartan fantastic? I’m crazy about it, even in black–it’s very sophisticated.

    tara diane–very true about seeing your own handwriting–and also, I love crossing completed tasks off lists, and it’s just not the same without pen and paper.

  • Love the luggage! I’m a big fan of luggage that has all of the perks of new luggage (lighter, wheels) with classic looks.

    I’m the same way about writing lists. I love my palm and how easy it makes scheduling, but sometimes it’s just nice to see your own handwriting.

  • *Gasp* I LOVE Love Love tartan. Gorgeous floors and stairs. The luggage is so gorgeous I’d not want to use it but as decor instead lol.
