THIS WEEKEND BEGAN a little early, with oysters and cava on Thursday afternoon in celebration of recent accomplishments and of summertime. There would also be lunch at a new Greek restaurant in the old town, cocktails at a place favoured by the locals (a very smart crowd it was) that’s always lively and hasn’t changed its quirky décor since 1957; and finally, a little time to relax and take a break from all things digital, replacing them with romantic long conversations late late into the night, leisurely mornings, bright Mediterranean skies and coffee. It was, quite literally, perfect. And now a new week has begun and we’re excited to be back at work completing all of our current projects and to begin new ones. We’re also dreaming of summer trips and the beach, and isn’t this season the most wonderful of all?
This week’s links include the Japanese Art of Kintsugi, whether hair, skin, and nail pills actually work; pink blazers, linen shirts, amazing places around the world, and much, much more.
