New at Belgrave Crescent: The Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Pink Suede

WE FIRST wrote about decorating with busts at our Weekly Newsletter after coming across the image of the bathroom (below) and loved the way the bust was displayed. This discovery lead to learning about the history of displaying busts in homes, which led us on a fascinating journey through art, culture, and social status spanning several centuries.

A platform bed is a modern and minimalist bed frame characterised by its low-profile design and solid, flat surface that supports a mattress directly without requiring a box spring.

There are times when, deep into a scroll through my phone, I tilt my head and realize that I’m not even sure what app I’m on. A video takes up my entire screen. If I slide my finger down, another appears. The feeling is disorienting, so I search for small design cues at the margins of my screen. The thing I’m staring at could be TikTok, or it could be one of any number of other social apps that look exactly like it.
