i love the selby, and an artsy version sounds even better! i’m looking forward to exploring this – i like to see how “real people” live (must admit that i’m a little bit of an interior voyeur…)
Mmm, thank you for brightening my friday morning with this lovely find. Scrolling through your gorgeous inspirations is such a great way to prep for the weekend. Hope you’re well!
Wow – absolutely gobsmacking. I adore these.
That sweet little typewriter + the light and bright spaces + those amazing shoes = total lust!! That’s for sharing these images. Thank you also for popping by yesterday, I always really appreciate it!
PS. You were right! The link you left was the same image I had posted from Elle Decor! 🙂
im obsessed with all these photos. i love love rustic floors like that! and that shoe closet isn’t too shabby either…
sigh…so gorgeous!! the first series of pics – just adore that place…the light and the furniture and well everything!
Beautifully decorated – thanks for sharing! xo

Those last two images left me a little bit breathless. When I see things like this, I not only want to live inside the homes, I want to have dinner with the designers who created them. I can only imagine how interesting they are and how that talent must spill over into so many other aspects of their lives.
that typewritter is PERFECT in that space – i want one now! – … oh and the bookkcase she turned into a shoe wall – LOVE IT!!!

Definitely could use the shoe closet myself!
Hello Roséline,
I hope you’re having a wonderful week! These photos are very chic in their own way, and true, very selby–esque. I like the minimalism and concentration on materials, collected objects and styling details. Nice 🙂
xoxo,
Sarah
Thanks for the new blog tip. These photos (to me) exhibit classic European urban design: light filled, extremely edited, filled sparsely with interesting, funtional, quality objects. A great lesson.
felicity — hello, hello! yes frank stüve’s was good, but parts may have been a little too gothic for my tastes; also liked ines colmorgen + andré wyst’s place — thanks again for the wonderful link and much love to you as well xo
sarahann — how exciting! congratulations!
some style – yes! that shot, with shalom’s portrait, is my very favourite of them all, just for including it. love that you instantly knew who it was 🙂
xo
Love the Selby and love this! The shoes pull me in every time. 🙂
LOVE that shoe storage. xo

Hey beautiful girl, my pleasure 🙂 and thank you for the kind words – you are too gracious. (she smiles)
I was wondering which ones you’d like best.I also thought frank stueve’s & jo groebel’s apartments were rather special.
Smiles and take care & much love to you and yours

I just got a vintage typewriter (for free!). Now I need to find a way to display it was beautifully as that…sigh….
