YES, I KNOW, the holidays are over, and we (sadly) took down the tree yesterday and all the lights, but there are still so many beautiful photos we took in the past month that just didn’t think it would be right not to share them. The Orange pub (named after William of Orange) in Belgravia was built in the 1800s as a brewery, on the site of a former coffee house. Today, it’s a grand place stretching over 4 floors, and perfectly positioned in the craft district of Pimlico Road. We stopped in five days before Christmas and were able to score a cosy seat right next to the fire.

Drinks at The Library Bar in Knightsbridge famous for its cocktails and liquid museum” of spirits (including cognacs dating back to the 1770s). It’s got a private club atmosphere with delicious cocktails and impeccable service (and lovely holiday decorations as well, below).
P ordered the St George’s Negroni, an apothecary mix of Campari, Cynar and Graham’s Port 10 years Old uplifted with Sipsmith gin, and served over a Rooibos tea ice cube, sprinkled with pop candy (phew!), and I ordered the Provencal Bellini, a champagne cocktail stirred with white peach purée, ginger cordial and a spray of aromes of lavender
