Notes from the Weekend & A Few Lovely Links

THIS MESSAGE began in a charming hotel room in Oxfordshire yesterday evening before dinner reservations, and continues today, on the road, on a hazy early autumn day filled with the promise of new beginnings. Last night, P found a lovely place for dinner — strewn in fairy lights, with things on the menu that included Char grilled Peaches & Buffalo Mozzarella Basil & Wild Elderflower Dressing — along narrow and winding English countryside roads surrounded by tall hedges and trees on either side. This morning was breakfast and difficult business decisions necessary for growth and moving forward, and even if it was hard to let go of the way things were, we are on our way to making our labour of love the very best it can possibly be.
