HAD FORGOTTEN to mention that a couple of weeks ago, we saw the film Everything Everywhere All at Once. It was crazy, a little hard to follow at times, manic and touching and funny and perhaps worth it all if only for the wildly romantic line, “…I wanted to say, in another life, I would have really liked just doing laundry and taxes with you.” Have you seen it yet? On Sunday it was finally the perfect spring day and we spent it all outside on the terrace, sipping drinks, listening to music, talking, talking as we always do. It was perfect. At The Shop, if you didn’t have the chance to order a Windsor, unfortunately it’s too late now, as they are all gone, and so are a few of our other styles, as you’re all really very into wicker lately. We have some new designs coming soon, but for now, there are still a few Positano Minis left, as well as this new arrival. My one-week Twitter detox ended yesterday and I didn’t even notice. It’s amazing how quickly I was able to remove the habit of mindlessly checking it and not really miss it at all. This experiment actually inadvertently made me use all social media platforms less in the past week. And judging by all traffic here at the site during this time, it seems to not have made the difference that I’d thought it would, which is something to think about.
