Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links 31.01.22

AS YOU PROBABLY already know, TIG was down due to technical issues with the server from late Friday afternoon until this morning―apologies to those of you who receive the newsletter and were unable to click through to the site from any of the links. For the first time in a very long time, there was no chance to sneak in a few extra moments of work over the weekend or catch up on upcoming projects, which meant making the most of the sunny mornings (or at least thinking about it) and taking long, ambling walks down the pebbled lane with the old spring well to the staircase that leads down to the river. We also took the time to make longterm plans for the future, throwing out dreams and ideas of undiscovered cities and places we’d been before but think about returning, quite often actually. On Sunday morning, we watched the tennis, which looked like it might be over quickly but ended up being a five-hour affair. We were rooting for Rafa, of course. Today we’re happily back to work and relieved to have everything back up and running again and judging by the flood of traffic, we know you are too.

This week’s links include guipure blouses with long sleeves and a traditional Japanese style home in Kyoto; oversized wool blazers for winter days, a foggy winter walk around Woodchester Park in Gloucestershire, and much, much more.
