Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links 04.11.19
@gillesetboissier

JUST FINISHED reading Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators by Ronan Farrow and it was so, so good. If you’re looking for a work of non-fiction that reads like a fast-paced spy thriller, then you will love it. This weekend was chilly and wet, with fallen leaves cover the walkways and thin swirls of smoke coming from chimneys. We ourselves, were caught in the same: drinks on front of the fire and other such cosy endeavours. Around town, fairy lights are already being strung and a sign announcing a Christmas tree festival at the end of the month has been hung. Here, we’re still wondering how we’ve arrived at the second-last month of the year already…

This week’s links include objets d’art and cabins where you can watch the colours change this fall; 8 beauty secrets, an apartment in Gothenburg and much, much more.
