THIS WEEKEND THE CLOCKS fell back an hour, leaving us with a bit of extra sleep (which we seriously needed), brighter mornings, and (sadly) much darker evenings. Today was also the first very chilly day, especially at 9:00am this morning, when our meeting was. It definitely feels like winter is on its way and already we’re feeling like eating cosy things and hibernating. Candles burn throughout the day now and cashmere socks have found their way out of winter storage and the year already feels (wistfully) like it’s winding down. It’s a bit of a melancholic time, but also a time of renewed energy with these brisker days and we’re dreaming of new things to come …
