Dallas-based interior designer Cathy Kincaid takes on a 1930s Spanish Colonial for a couple whose children have grown. The home (also located in Dallas) needed extensive renovations, which were undergone with the idea in mind to be as authentic as possible to the time when the home was first built. The watery palette of blues and whites was inspired by the wife’s porcelain collection. What follows is a beautiful mix of print and pattern and textures, a custom canopy bed draped in monogrammed linens, a French door leading to a China-filled pantry and so much more …
