Here’s what we’ve been listening to around the office. Enjoy this week’s Playlist and hope you’re having a great weekend so far. –P

Rising Scandinavian songstress, Karen Marie Ørsted, a.k.a. , released a new track, “New Year’s Eve”, fittingly on New Year’s Eve. The track comes on the back of her successful debut album release, No Mythologies to Follow.

Refs are a brand new synth-pop duo out of NYC with their infectious debut single, “Pain Goes Away” .

“First Light” is the first new single release from the British neo-psychedelia alt-rock outfit, Django Django, in over two and half years. The band first came to prominence early in 2012 with their self-titled debut album that reach number 33 in the UK album charts.

Good music seems to come from all over the globe these days, case in point: folktronica group, Milky Chance, hailing from central Germany, who blew up in 2014 playing sold out shows in New York and across the US. “Unknown Song” ft. Paulina Eisenberg is their first new material in over a year.

“Save Me” is the debut single release from Listenbee on the NYC record label Lokal Legend that was responsible for the massive hit “Hideaway” from Kiesza. The song has echos of Milky Chance’s Stolen Dance.
