Notes from the Weekend & A Few Lovely Links :: TIG

THERE IS A BLUSTERY CRISPNESS in the air that is unmistakeable now, even if the days before seemed to be clinging to summer and the leaves have only begun shedding their colour for another. We are happily wrapped in wool pea coats and cashmere, and are reunited once again with tall leather boots and capelets for dusky mornings down leaf-lined streets. The nights are darker, darker, and there have already been fires in the fireplace and candles lit nearly every night, but despite all the cosiness, we are far from hibernating, energised rather, by the new chilly air and change of seasons, and all the new plans & ideas that await.
