. . . if fashion is about looking forward, then phoebe philo may have done just that when she created this stunning collection for chloé; made in 2005, {when gemma ward still walked the runways}, for the 2006 spring ready-to-wear show in paris, the flirty a-line shapes, cut-work and pretty pleats, baroque patterns, ruffles, appliqués and florals {not to mention the lovely wedges} look as if they might have just stepped off the city sidewalks this morning . . .
{p.s.} you may remember this beautiful ad campaign, {previously featured here}, for this collection

This collection is a sad reminder of just how amazing Chloe used to be. I really think it has lost its way since Phoebe Philo left.
Super pretty! I love this collection! ♥
just beautiful x
That sheer dress is sooo gorgeous!
I usually don’t go for white, but I love these! So chic!
These are gorgeous!
Much love,

Utterly gorgeous!
I love the simple, crisp, and feminine features of this collection… and what you have pointed out in such a lovely way is so true! It is as though chloé was telling the future! I have a similar pair of wedges and now am inspired to wear them, and I’m just smitten by the last dress on the right… so romantic.
