Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & A Few Lovely Links 05.03.2018
@taramilktea

THE DAYS HAVE FINALLY begun to warm up and getting longer a little each day. It feels as if spring is on its way and some of the trees have already begun to blossom, and it is the most wonderful sight after these rather rainy and overcast past few days. Here, the month of March is festival season, the air heavy with the wafting scent of churros emanating from temporary stands that have cropped up on street corners. There are fireworks and the sound of suitcase wheels on the sidewalks from visitors to the city. There seems to be a change in the air, the kind that only comes when spring arrives. We can’t wait to come out of hibernation and wear our espadrilles and fluttery dresses again, the warm March sun falling all around us.

This week’s links include an inspiring story about teaching computers in Ghana, a look at Delpozo’s pre-fall 2018 collection, pastels and white denim for spring, and much, much more.
