Seaside Glamour by Amanda Lindroth, Bahamas

Interior Design : Amanda Lindroth, Bahamas

IT WAS THE ROOM ABOVE, that first caught our attention — a foyer filled with trelliswork, painted in Benjamin Moore’s Spring Break. The elaborate treillage was used in place of trelliswork wallpaper, and created by Philippe Le Manach from Accents of France, who also restored the treillage on the Pavillon Frais at Versailles. Interior designer, Amanda Lindroth, was given the task of turning an old Lyford Cay, Bahamas house into a holiday home for a young Texas family, and she not only filled it with vintage French daybeds and sea grass wingback armchairs, “injected this Bahamas house with just the right amount of color, pattern, and seaside glamour to bring it to life.”
