AND WE ARE IN a lull of sorts, in that magical, quiet, anticipation-filled time before everything happens all at once, that time where things are in process and progress and nearly complete, and there’s waiting, waiting . . . which — happily — also meant time this weekend, for flower markets and a late-afternoon stop for rose famboise & macarons and Saturday evening dinner reservations for two. And today, a very leisurely Sunday for lounging and pancakes, and thoughts filled with dreams & plans and exquisite excitement for what is yet to come . . .
