Three Michelin starred and highly acclaimed by food writers worldwide, Restaurant le Meurice overlooks the Jardin des Tuileries.  Inside, there are golden crown mouldings atop elegant marble, gilded chandeliers and extravagantly painted ceilings and walls, and one can not help but be whisked away to a magical place of grandeur and romance, and the taste of forgotten classics . . .

I’m naturally drawn to combing the Paris region so that I can later enjoy myself with the produce I find.  Today, Le Meurice is showcasing about 40 varieties of typically Parisian produce, such as Pontoise cabbage, Argenteuil asparagus, Houdan chicken and Paris petit pois.
