NYFW MAY HAVE COME AND GONE in a flash, but still catching up with things here, and who could possibly resist laser-cut flowers in paper nylon weaving their around the sides of shorts, the bottom of pencil skirts and twirling along tweed lapels?  And there were embroidered lace and sequins, tulle overlay and jacquard, bits of neon and pink & burgundy pencil skirts, and if Wednesday Adams were inspiration for Giovanna Randall’s turn to the dark side, it’s a dark romance that’s at once still prim and perfectly pretty . . .
